Delivery Models

Staff Augmentation

This model allows our clients to onboard talented professionals on an as needed basis. This model is highly favored by clients who would like to rapidly ramp up and fulfill their staff shortages. In some cases, such shortages could have risen because of sudden increase in project workload brought by critical changes in project scope, change in project deadlines, shortage of capabilities in their team like missing technical skills etc., or due to management deciding to keep costs down in the near term compared to the hiring, retaining & termination cost of permanent staff.

Flexibility and convenience: This model not only alleviate the client of the pain from staff shortage, but also enables them to work stress free as they have the flexibility to scale up or scale down quickly with minimal impacts to their organization or staffing structure.

Cost-effectiveness: Co-operation is temporary so it does not require full-time wages nor does it generate hiring and de-hiring costs.

Control: The management and technical leadership teams still retain the core decision making process, product knowledge, vision and scope. They get powered with the convenience of having a talented technical staff to drive their vision into reality at a speed that they want to.

Project Outsourcing

This model is suitable when clients want to outsource a specific project or project specific activity. It is a result focused model with a defined project scope, duration and budget and hence to achieve the client’s desired project outcomes based on the limitations, a specific projectized plan is created. We will recruit, train and manage the team of skilled staff to ensure the desired project outcomes are achieved.

Transfer of responsibility: Most tasks are taken care of by us, which makes the software development process time-saving for the client who can now focus on the core business; in fact, we not only work on software development but also deal with product design, project management, consultancy, troubleshooting, optimization and monitoring of the progress.

Wide range of skills: Our multi-disciplinary team’s solutions can satisfy client’s global needs.
External viewpoint: Co-operating with a vendor always ensures the opportunity to meet a different point of view on the project and also get valuable expertise.

Well-determined outcome: IT provider has to meet the commitments (like time and budget limits, quality of work, distribution of responsibilities etc.) defined in the agreement.

Managed Services

This model is a close cousin of the Project Outsourcing model, as it shares a lot of similar attributes, yet differs in its own unique way. A major differentiator is that this model is not wrapped around a specific project outcome, rather its more engaging with ongoing work deliverables. A flat fee model whereby our clients contract the expertise of our team on an ongoing basis to relieve their internal team of non-mission critical tasks. This model is a result focused model as well. The success of the model depends on various factors, including but not limited to detailed planning, proper definition of requirements, service levels and key performance indicators.

Transfer of responsibilities: By outsourcing their management, operations or delivery processes our clients will be able to focus on their core competencies.

Cost-effectiveness: Our clients are empowered to outsource processes to us and lower the total cost of their business. The pricing of this model is directly proportional to the outcomes of related services. Clients are thrilled to see regular fixed monthly billing, with reduced ambiguity or volatility in costs and on top of that they receive our exceptional quality of service.

Control: As a managed service partner, we take control of the project execution, the delivery model, governance, process, and tools.
