Staff Augmentation

This model allows our clients to onboard talented professionals on an as needed basis. This model is highly favored by clients who would like to rapidly ramp up and fulfill their staff shortages. In some cases, such shortages could have risen because of sudden increase in project workload brought by critical changes in project scope, change in project deadlines, shortage of capabilities in their team like missing technical skills etc., or due to management deciding to keep costs down in the near term compared to the hiring, retaining & termination cost of permanent staff.
